We use contact, delivery, order and payment-status information to take payment, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet our accounting and legal obligations. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

The shopping bag is stored locally in your browser. If you expressly join our mailing list, Resend stores your email address so we can send product news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Service providers and transfers

We use Stripe for payments, Vercel for website hosting and Resend for transactional and opted-in marketing email. These providers process information under their own security and data-processing terms and may process it outside the UK using recognised safeguards.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and accounting records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
