Orders and payment

Product descriptions, the total price and available delivery method are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when we send the order-confirmation email. If we cannot accept it, we will refund the payment.

Delivery

The delivery estimate shown at checkout applies unless we agree otherwise. We will notify you if a material delay occurs. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provide.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel most online orders without giving a reason from the time of order until 14 days after delivery. Tell us by email or another clear statement. You then have 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the product price and the least expensive standard delivery charge, normally within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that it was sent.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsafe goods.

Returns and faults

Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where you live in the UK, and you may bring proceedings in your local UK courts.
