Shipping & Returns

UK orders are currently estimated to arrive within 1–2 weeks. The estimate is shown again before you pay. We'll email you when the order is dispatched and provide tracking when the delivery service supports it. If a material delay occurs, we'll contact you.

Free UK delivery on orders over £60. Under £60, standard tracked delivery is charged at checkout based on order size.

You may cancel most online orders until 14 days after delivery, then have another 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; a refund may be reduced only for handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. To start a return, email us with your order number. See our terms of sale for details. Your rights for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, get in touch straight away — we'll sort a replacement or refund, no fuss.
